Orders and Confirmation

Please check your items, quantities, contact information, and delivery address before submitting an order.

After an order is successfully placed, we will send a confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. Please contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.

We may be unable to fulfill an order because of unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, an unsupported delivery address, or suspected unauthorized activity. If this affects your order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for an order we cancel.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our daily cutoff time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Some orders may not be eligible for delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted delivery areas. If we cannot ship to the address provided, we will contact you.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a returned package, we will obtain your agreement to any additional shipping charge before resending it.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not shipped. We assess the deadline using the time your request is received.

A cancellation request is not confirmed until we have checked the shipment status and approved it. Approved full-order cancellations receive a refund of the full amount paid, including the shipping charge. No cancellation fee applies.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery under our return policy.

Returns and Refunds

You may request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and included components.

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable. We cover required return shipping for confirmed defective or incorrect items. If a refund is issued because of our error, the original shipping charge is also refunded.

Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items are inspected within 1–2 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing and posting.

We do not charge a restocking fee or offer direct exchanges. To purchase a different item, request an eligible return and place a separate order.
