Cancellation Window

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not shipped.

Both conditions must be met. The 24-hour window does not guarantee that an order will remain unshipped for that entire period.

After 24 hours, or once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available. You may request a return after delivery under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number.

  • The name and email address used for the order.

  • A clear request to cancel.

Using “Cancellation Request – [Order Number]” as the subject line helps us identify your request.

We assess the 24-hour deadline using the time your request is received, rather than the time we reply. We will review the shipment status and email you to confirm whether the cancellation has been approved. Sending a request does not itself confirm cancellation.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved, we will refund the full amount paid for the canceled order, including the $4.99 shipping charge, to your original payment method.

We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. Posting times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

If your refund has not appeared after this period, please contact us with your order number.

Orders That Have Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it or guarantee that the carrier can stop delivery.

If you no longer want the item, please contact us for return instructions after it arrives. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full conditions.
