Shipping Charges and Order Total

We charge a flat shipping rate of $4.99 per order for delivery within the United States.

Your order total consists of the displayed product prices plus the shipping charge. The total is shown at checkout before you submit payment.

Billing Information

Please provide accurate and complete information at checkout, including your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and payment details.

Your billing information should match the information held by your card issuer. Incorrect or incomplete details may prevent payment from being approved or delay order processing.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may depend on the payment and shipment status of your order.

Payment Authorization and Processing

By submitting your order, you authorize Club AFET Wellness to charge your selected payment method for the total displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Your bank or card issuer may request additional authentication before approving a payment. If payment cannot be completed, please check your billing details or contact your card issuer before trying again.

Payment Security

Card payments are handled through Stripe’s payment processing service.

Please do not send full card numbers, card security codes, or other sensitive payment information by email or through our contact form. These details should only be entered in the designated payment fields at checkout.

Order Confirmation

After your order is successfully placed, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.

Please review the confirmation and contact us if any details appear incorrect. If you do not receive it, check your spam or junk folder before contacting customer support.

If you see a payment on your account but have not received an order confirmation, contact us before placing the same order again so we can check its status.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order and before the order has shipped. Approved full-order cancellations receive a refund of the full amount paid, including the shipping charge.

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Returned items are inspected within 1–2 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing and posting.

For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping, and the original $4.99 shipping charge is non-refundable. If a refund is issued because of our error, including a confirmed defective or incorrect item, the original shipping charge is also refunded.

We do not charge a cancellation fee or restocking fee.

Billing Questions

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, please contact us with your order number, the transaction date, and the amount in question.

We will review the order and payment records and assist with any confirmed billing error. You do not need to provide your full card number or card security code.
